I entered a duathlon when I was 9 and signed up to my first club after I had finished it.

Watching Chris Froome run up Mont Ventoux after being involved in a crash with a motorbike.
Favourite training route:
Out to the West Coast of Scotland on some quiet, rolling roads then into a long continuous drag to a cafe outside Dalbeattie for a hot chocolate, and cake.

Cars 1 and 2. I can’t pick.

Anything by Bruno Mars.
“Must do” pre race ritual:
A handful of sweets before I go.

Always make sure both socks are on before I put any shoes on.
