The Danum Trophy RR is something of a Yorkshire classic, with numerous big name riders having won it over the decades. Not for lack of trying, we were unable to force a group away from the bunch. Jake, Joe and Liam all got away in moves, but all were brought back by a relentless chasing peleton. With 15km to go 2 riders managed to escape the bunch. This would prove costly, as the chance of victory was gone. Joe sprinted to 4th place only beaten by Josh Hunt of OnePro for 3rd place.
